Shipping policy

Processing time:
All products are made to order. Once your AI images are approved and your order is confirmed, processing typically takes 2-5 business days before shipping.

Shipping times:

• Digital downloads — delivered to your email instantly after order confirmation
• Greeting cards — 2-4 business days after processing
• Wall calendars — 3-5 business days after processing
• Framed prints — 4-6 business days after processing
• Pillows, mousepads, flags, stickers — 3-5 business days after processing

Shipping carriers:
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and product. Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping area:
We currently ship anywhere in the United States. International shipping coming soon.

Lost or delayed packages:
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at imagineyouas@gmail.com and we'll work with the print provider to resolve it as quickly as possible.
